Sit-ups should be done - It might be too long ago that you’ve done these. This is the easiest of belly exercises to do though. You don’t have to go to the gym to do sit-ups. With supported legs, lift the top half of your body towards your knees. Doing 10-30 daily in the morning or before bed is a great way. This will really help you to burn the belly fat that you hate so much and it will also build your abdominal muscles.
Try push-ups - Even though these aren’t as easy as sit-ups, they are effective in burning fat and strengthening muscles. After just a couple months of doing 10-20 of these, you’ll see great results. But you need to do these everyday.
Try biking - Exercising can really be enjoyable too. Would you like to burn fat and tone your legs at the same time? Then try biking in the park or in your neighborhood. Your legs will be worked the most if you find some steep inclines. You can do this with a friend even, and it’s much more effective then walking.
